Our mission is to bridge the gap in diabetes specialty care by providing primary care providers

and other healthcare professionals with a clear, practical pathway to achieving advanced diabetes

certifications and specialty training. Through a flexible, scalable, and innovative hybrid online

format, we offer expert-led live sessions, interactive educational modules, and clinical support

materials designed to enhance practical application in real-world practice.

By expanding access to advanced diabetes specialty training, we aim to address the nationwide

shortage of access to highly trained diabetes care providers, particularly in rural and underserved

areas, and empower frontline primary care providers and supporting healthcare professionals to

deliver cutting-edge, individualized diabetes care.
